Hello! My name is Ilyse. I'm 69, have been married for 40 years and I'm mom to 2 grown kids, who are still my "babies". I've been pen-palling and swapping all my life and love it!

I recently retired (yeaaay!) after 50 years in broadcasting, sales and marketing. I'm now the full-time caregiver for my husband, who is battling multiple health issues. My radio show on THE BREEZE, is my little self-care escape, along with my pen pals, swaps and crafts.

Please note - I'm very sensitive to cigarette smells, so please don't send swaps that have a strong odor.

Kiddie, reward or tiny stickers, poor quality notecards, dark-themed or evil things, out-of-season holiday items, candy or snacks. I don't do Halloween, but I love Fall and Thanksgiving.
