Right now, I am overwhelmed and very behind on everything.

• Ratings are delayed — I’m sorry.
• Some swaps from Japan are being returned even with correct addresses.
• Replies to pen friends are also late.

When I get stressed, I shut down completely.
This is not an excuse — it’s my honest situation.

I will never abandon my responsibilities.
