Eye Pillow Swap

AKA Dream Pillows. I love them and can never have too many. They are very important to me because I sleep during the day. They most certainly are the epitome of pampering! They block out the light and spread a soothing gentle weight over and around your eyes. They may help to relieve insomnia, headaches, and stress. They can be used cool or warm.

Should be handmade from softest fabrics approximately 6" X 11": silk, satin, flannel, velveteen...

Filling of Flax seeds or Buckwheat.(not rice)

Can add natural herbs like : lavender, camomile, mint, rose petals. (Optional)
