Slam Book...What is it?

This was from a swap done this summer for those new to slam books...soooo? What kind of question would you ask for fun? About two or three examples and we can get the idea.... For those who want to help others learn, what could we search the web for?

What goes on the pages?

How are they decorated?

...and other such questions, will be some things those who know will share with their partners so they can answer back and rate.

Example:

as far as I have been told, a slam book IS NOT an FB. A slam is different b/c addresses are not traded and passed. A slam book is more like a game that is traded and passed.
