I aim to misbehave

1 partner swap

Create 2 ATC's from the Jossverse (everything is up for grabs, senders choice, please don't post wishlists)

I find it hard to believe that anyone doesn't know the title quote, but here is the challenge anyhow: Who said it and where is it from? Winner gets a set of Jossverse ATC's all their own (handmade by me). Leave your answers in the comments section.

No recent no sends, must be in good group standing, no recent ones

PS. How freaking hot is David? I don't really dig Angel, but I had to pick him for the swap graphic, based soley on my tendancy to drool everytime I see his face.
