2008 Calendar - Altered!

It's the time of year when I start thinking about my 2008 Wall Calendar. The last few years I've had the Syracuse Cultural Workers Peace Calendar.

This year I was thinking it might be nice to have a crafty calendar made just for me. I figured that if I wanted one there might be others out there who might want one too. That's where this swap comes in...

The rules: Get a new wall calendar for 2008 & alter it for your partner. I'm imagining that each month's picture would be embellished in some way & that there will be fun little tidbits of info or pictures sprinkled in among the days.

I'm giving a huge amount of time between sign-up & mail-out so we can squeeze it in between all of the other fabulous swaps in which we are participating. As it is by invitation only, I expect we will all end up with wonderful 2008 calendars!

Woohoo! I found a great link to an Altered Calendar! It's beautiful, but please realize that very few of us are capable of producing work this fab! Don't let it intimidate you or prevent you from joining the swap. Seriously, I don't expect anyone to do anything this elaborate. It's just for inspiration.
