Description:
I love ATC, especially collages. For this swap create 1 ATC for 2 partners. ATC has to have collage+postage stamp+ stamped image. Main theme could be anything.....stamped image integrated into collage+postage, or postage stamp altered + collage and stamped image etc. Rules for the ATC: 3.5X2.5 and sturdy. Newbies welcome with at least 5 swaps in ATC. Just in case .... I will angel. Thank you.
