Description:
Cut out a circle 3 1/2" - 4 1/2" in diameter from sturdy cardboard. Using any theme, decorate just like you would an ATC. Use any technique but make it look nice for your partner. Make ONE circle for ONE partner. You can decorate the back too if you want to, but it's not a requirement. Make sure your name and swap name is on the back. Please have rating of 4.9 or higher.
