Description:
Same as last time, but we'll do one partner this time to get them going a little quicker! I saw some BEAUTIFUL work last time and I'm perfecting my art and getting new ideas from all you crafty ladies so I'm dying to re-swap! Look at your partners profile to get ideas to make it extra special! I'm not sure how many people we have to do international but its really cheap to mail a bottle cap, so for now it will be international! :o)
