Here's the deal. 1 partner and 1 package to that partner based on their profile.
You must send 5 items, but spend only (slightly over is ok, but no more than 1 extra dollar) $3--before shipping.
This means that you will thrift or make or re-gift or find some things you no longer want (but gently used and NOT TRASH,) to send to your partner.
