Description:
Create two ATC's, one per partner, using the 'Frosted Filter' Technique Use the filter for decorating the background of your ATC. The theme is senders choice. As this is a group swap, I'm not stating anything about who can join and with what rating (just no unexplaned recent 'ones') Please be aware that the 6th of August doesn't start at the same time all over the world: it can be the 6th in your part of the world and still be the 5th here in my part, or the other way around. I will assign partners as soon as I can :-)
