Description:

March is National Color Therapy Month in the US, an annual observance dedicated to exploring how color impacts mood, energy, and overall well-being. It promotes the use of color—or chromotherapy—to improve mental and physical health. Celebrations often involve integrating specific colors into daily life, such as wearing bright clothes, using colored lights, or decorating with, for instance, green for calm or red for energy.

Send your one (1) swap partner a postcard or notecard, or mail art, with a small note telling them what YOUR favorite color is! Hand made cards & envies are creative and welcomed!! Easy peasy purplicious!!
