This is a time-consuming swap with lots of details. As such, a month will be given. It is limited to USA. All participants must have 4.98 or better, no 1s in the past 6 months.Do you sew? Have you ever made a "needle book"? These are fantastic for using up scraps of fabric and felt or flannel. A needle book can be book style or roll-style. The book has a cover with at least 4 pages, which is four individual pages, single sides only. For a book, the final product should measure 2.5" x 2.5" at the smallest. A roll style should be 2.5" high and 10" long at the smallest. The needlebook should have some decoration, not simply a piece of felt with some needles stuck in it. You can sew it by hand or by machine. Add a closure. The easiest kind is usually just a ribbon to tie shut. Finally, fill it up! A needlebook should have things! A few needles, 5-10 pins, maybe a safety pin or two, a couple buttons, useful small things like this. It doesn't need to be fancy. You probably don't have to go out and find miniature scissors or thimbles or any of that. Just do not include anything rusted, very bent up (like pins,) etc. Colours used are up to the sender but if there's a shade or range you really like, like "pastels" or "bold colours" or something, put it in the comments. If the sender has those or can work them in, they have the option to. Follow videos on youtube for examples. Have fun! If you like, put your favourite colours in the comments. It will be optional to make a book in those colours since the idea here is to make things from scraps.
