For this swap you will be sending two American Cartoons themed ATCs to one partner from a list of Cartoons/Characters that they have picked, and one from your list

The ATC can be made with any type of medium. Stickers and/or washi can be used, but shouldn't be more than 25% of the card. The card should be sent in some sort of sleeve to protect it. Please include your username, the date, and swap title on the back of the card or somewhere in or on the packaging.
