Most WLS swappers know we can rate 7 to 10 days after send by deadline. PLEASE rate the person whom sent to you! AND please let them know it came in. IMPORTANT: Do not rate by if you like the item, however rate on: postcard and date sent. Whole-Lotta-Swappa is not a swap; it is a group of trusted swappers. The “WLS Tell You About Me Postcard" is the swap.
