:: Kawaii (not so) Flatrate $1.10 JANUARY :: UPDAT

• Take one envelope (kawaii style or plain to decorate)
• Stuph it full of KAWAII
• Address it to your assigned partner
• Slap postage on it
• Shove it in the mail !

When stuphing your envelope think memo sheets, letter sheets, envelopes, sticker sheets, sticker flakes, partially used sticker sheets, origami papers - anything you can fit into it without going over the postage guidelines ^-^

:: RULES ::

Envelope MUST BE a kawaii envelope or decorated kawaii style (use stickers, deco tape, etc to make it super kawaii !)

Contents sent MUST BE kawaii - not just 'cute' items.. this means no Strawberry Shortcake, Diddl, Forever Friends, or any other western 'cute' (yes, some of these items are cute and all, but this is a swap for kawaii items.. if unsure, refer to Renee's extensive listing in our forum ^-^)

:::: RULES UPDATE ::::

screw the postage restrictions.. it sucks ^-^

you can stuph your envelope to whatever postage amount you like, but the envie can be no bigger than C5 size (around 23cm x 16.5cm)

if anybody is unhappy with the new restriction, let me know and we can make further alterations until we're all smiling ^-^
