Description:
Happy New Year...to all our friends here at Heart to Heart and for this swap... I thought of having one, in which you will make something for your partner. It can be for example: An ATC, Labels, a homemade greeting card, with an envelope. So many times I receive an awesome handmade card but no envie to use it with. The envie goes with the card, please! Use your imagination, and make some you would love.
