International. I enjoyed the last two so much that i am hosting a third one. Please sent one partner 20 atc backgrounds. They must be standard atc size of 2.5 by 3.5 inches. Send a variety of colours, patterns, ephemera, etc. Please do not send playing cards. You must have a rating of 4.9 or over and at least 5 rated mail swaps. No recent no-sends or late sends.
