Description:
Use up those postage stamps you have gotten on those mailings you received. On an ATC card glue them all over front and then rubber stamp an image on top of it. You can color it in but no need. Up to you. On back put name of swap and yours. ATC is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Send one to one swapper. Remember to rate. Send either in a clear holder or in a note card. EDITED: if you have rough image from stamping that's okay, at least we tried. But I still love the stamp effect so do it just with a variety of stamps on it and still get a 5 rating.
