PS/LJ Feed my smash book/box

For this swap, we will decorate an envie, and fill it with items to be used in a smash book (or box). Please make one page, and include other items (such as pockets, envies, tags, post cards, magazine cut outs, stamped images, die cuts or punchies, etc.) Please comment below with the largest size you can use, and list a few themes you are interested in receiving. The individual items you send can be all one theme, or a combination of any or all.
