Description:
Create one (loosely themed) valentine atc for our partner. Include a sweet treat and/or a profile surprise to cement our valentinesy friendship (or perhaps the sweet treat IS the profile surprise??) Mostly, have fun with it. This might be a flat envelope, a padded envelope, or a small package. As usual, we will leave details up to our own awesome judgement. (Such as decorating parcel/envie to reflect valentiney fun??)
