Description:
We are going to create a Halloween tag, your choice of themes, with (3) 12" pieces of Halloween ribbon wrapped around the tag. Tag can be any size over 2 x 4.25". Use three different ribbons, add more if your inclined. Have fun, create something ghoulishly great! Admin crap applies..... we are not flakers in this group so no need to mention!
