Description:
Do you have as much washi tape as I do? I fall in love with a pattern and I have to buy it, ok now that we have them, let's use them in an ATC. Create a little piece of art and include washi tape somehow. (no stickers slapped on paper please) One ATC for one partner, newbies okay. Let me know if you have to flake. This is an international swap. Have fun creating !! !
