Flags! #2

Hello!

I collect national flags of different countries (I have 5 already) and I always try to find a way to enlarge my collection. (You can see my flags on the picture :) ) This is my second flags exchange swap. I hope everyone who took part in the first swap enjoyed it :)

Well, here are the rules. You will have 1 partner to send 1 flag of your country to him. Size about 20x25 or 13x17 cm is preferable, so it can be put in an envelope (it may be without a stick just a flag itself). But you may choose any size you want! (remember that 10x15cm is minimum!!!)

Surely, you may put some extras if you want to, but it's not a must.

To join this swap, you must have a rating of at least 4.9. No recent unexplained 1's and 3's. Newbies allowed. If you're a newbie, fill out your profile please. Please, don't join the swap if you can't send your things. I can't angel. Let's be honest and kind to each other.

1 person from every country is allowed. So please write where are you from in comments. If you are from USA you may send the flag of your state, so comment what state are you from. One person from every state of America is allowed.
