Hand Made Motivational Page (weight loss)

Anyone else on a weight loss journey or beginning one? We can always use motivation!

Each participant will create their partner a motivational poster to place next to their workout equipment or somewhere they most need encouragement.

Each poster must be created using a regular sized piece of card stock (8 1/2 x 11) (or something equally as thick or thicker).

Use your paper to motivate & encourage your partner in their journey.

Place your poster in a plastic protector or cover with modge podge or clear tape (etc) to give it a finishing look. (0=

Mail your poster to your partner without any folds (in large envelope).
