Fabric Fanatics: Sock Monkeys International

I haven't made one of these in a loooong time. To tell you the truth it is the only one I've ever made....but they are so cute:) Senders choice to create a beautiful or handsome sock monkey for their partner. They are quick and inexpensive to make. Please do use only new socks for this project! Your partner will be happier that way:) The sky is the limit for the socks you start with. I would scour the sock clearance at Sears or Winners or even the dollar store. You will need a pair that rises up like a standard dress sock....Or you could look for the old standard 'red heel' grey socks....that will be up to you.
