World Vegetarian Day ATC & Recipe

Oct. 1 is World Vegetarian Day! A day to kick the meat habit. I am vegan and love sharing food knowledge with others. Are you vegan, vegetarian or curious?

For this swap you will have one partner - you send them an ATC that is appropriate to why you are veg, your fave veg ingredient to cook with, veg fact or something else related. Put some effort into your ATC. You will also send along one veg recipe that is easy to prepare. The recipe can be on a card, printed or hand written. If you have any allergies list them below!

Please no flakes - no one with a score lower than 4.8!
