Description:
I love fast swaps with a lot of partners, but international ones can break the bank! Here is a swap with the maximum partners allowed (20) and with a regional limit. This swap shouldn't cost you more than $6.40 in postage. It will also be a fast swap with only 72 hours to send your postcards! Postcards are sender's choice but looking at your partners' profiles can guarantee a few hearts. Any postcards can be used from homemade to store-bought (Zazzle included!). No one with lower than a 4.85 and no recent 1s or 3s without explanation. Newbies welcome with well filled-out profile. USA swappers only, please.
