Help Me Be Stress Free

This swap is based on swap suggestions from members DonnaLeeDesigns, stitchinwitch and auntmaymay1221.

For this swap we will send 1 partner an inspirational quote or short poem, suitable for framing (or you can frame it) no smaller than 2x3.5 (credit card) and no larger than 8x10. With this we will include a packet of hot beverage (tea, hot chocolate, cider, etc.) and a stress item (stress ball, prayer beads, teddy bear, mantra, music cd, etc.).

Also include a note about yourself and what you like to do (no medication) that helps take your mind off the pain. Remember to include the group name, swap name & your user name somewhere on or in the package.

Swappers please list your desired size for quote, drink item preferred allergies or what not to receive in the comments below.
