All The things I won't say out loud

Several times a day there are thoughts that cross our minds...things you want to say but won't...we will fill a mini composition book (or similar size) with these thoughts each day.

Do you have some shit you want to talk, a few people you want to slap, sweet nothings that you want to say to a crush, secrets you don't tell ANYONE, general thoughts that piss you off, make you way too excited, or make you blue...

Get a mini comp book, or as I said, one with similar measurements, and each day write down as many of these thoughts as you can each day during April. Fill the book up as much as you can. Decorate the book somehow, even if it's just with cool stickers.

So now, when you want to say something REALLY bad, but won't because you're a chicken or whatever, you have a place to get those thoughts down and make yourself feel at least a little bit better...and send them all off for someone to read and see what's going on in your crazy head :)
