Blue Altered Text ATC (extra) Swap

hi,

As there has been a bit more interest in this make-up swap (for those that missed the Blue one), I've decided to make it a general swap (i.e. not a private one). I've had a few emails from interested swappers - so have extended the sign up day by 24hrs.

I've set this up so we can do the Blue Altered Text ATC swap, same criteria as the main swap, though I've made it one ATC for one partner, as the time scale is a bit shorter than for the original swap.
