Flower Box ATC

My area, N.Carolina, has had an over-abundance of rain so far this spring. Unfortunately I wasn't able to put in a vegetable garden or flower garden, so I thought an ATC swap would be in good order. 2 ATC's for one partner. One ATC must be flowers, imagine looking out a window and seeing the wonderful flowers blooming. The other ATC should have a teddy bear on it somewhere, all other requirements I will leave to sender choice. I will double check all profiles for good standing. I reserve the right to ban anyone NOT in good standing.
