One Deco International-Edited

Decos can get heavy so this is a swap for only ONE deco.
Established decos only ( at least 4 pages already made), high quality.
No homers unless you contact your partner to see if it's OK with them.

This is international so be sure you know what a deco is and that you understand the postage cost .

Because you need an established deco, you should already have one in your possession. That means a quick turnaround after signup date. Sign up by the Monday, send no later than Friday.

Because of postage costs I will not be able to angel . I will though be checking every one. Please don't sign up if you have any 1's that can be made good. I will consider those who have 3's, depending on their recent ratings and comments but remember the requirement is 4.98. No exceptions.
Newbies need to have been rated for 5 type 3 swaps and have some hearts and good comments .

As there are some post office machines that like to chew up flimsy envelopes, please use a strong envelope and use tape to reinforce the edges. For your own records it helps to photograph the contents and the envelope before posting.
